Explore Metro Vancouver by bike on four routes. The Vancouver Area Cycling Coalition’s MEC Great Rides are here to prove two things once and for all - riding a bike is fun, and the Vancouver region is the best place for biking in the world!
These permanent circular routes take in beautiful country lanes, vibrant city centres and fun local festivals. The rides range from 20km to 50km along quiet roads and dedicated bike routes. Routes are designed for fun and exploration with extensions and shortcuts.
Ride whenever you want, however you want. Each route kicks off with a big annual event. Join the fun at these four family-friendly events.

Each ride costs $15 per adult (16 years of age and under ride free). You can also register on the day for $20.00 per ride. Check in on the day anytime between 10AM and 12:30 PM, and ride at your own pace!
